We have a Construction Management System that is used to run all site activities. Sites are operated under the Health and Safety Programme and Management System of the company and any contractual requirements of the client.

Each site has a person appointed in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act who is responsible for all site management activities and who ensures conformance to the site environmental management plan
